CRAFT by Under My Host is a free digital magazine that was founded in 2013 and began publishing in 2014. CRAFT is dedicated to promoting the independent food and beverage industry through storytelling and education. In the three years since its inception, CRAFT has featured content such as interviews with the likes of Willie Nelson, Nigella Lawson, Jacques Pépin, Sam Beam, and Billy Corgan, custom craft cocktails from noted bartenders like Elizabeth Powell and Sahil Mehta, and food from talented chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi and Steven Satterfield.
